Services How to Choose a Ballroom Consider these important things before choosing your ballroom: 1. Maximum capacity.       300 to 400 with a very large dance area and stage.  Also, the tables and chairs are spaced where you are not sitting on top of each other. 2. Deposit and refundable amounts.       We do not require a deposit and when you pay the down payment you have 5 days to change your mind. 3. Payment plan.       You sat your own convenient schedule to make payments & then you have up to 30 days before the event to pay for it. 4. Schedule for rehearsal and for the day of your event.       We are very generous with the banquet hall.  You have 2 free hours to practice during the week of your event; additional hours are $20. an hour.  You also have 4 hours to bring in what you need to. 5. Security       We have 3 professional guards/police which have been with us for 4 plus years. 6. Food Service or if you can cater your own food.       Our banquet hall is open catering.  You may bring in your own food or you can have us cater the food of your choice.  Our food has generous portions and we receive lots of compliments on it. 7. Cleaning Service       We provide a restroom attendant which also keeps your event clean during your event and then afterwards we professional clean the building.  8. Electrical capacity for band or DJ.       We have a very large stage with three separate 25 amp breakers plus a 220 so we do not have any brown outs. 9. Bar Area       Open Bar; you may bring in your own liquor and beer. We furnish a licensed bartender which is included in the basic package.  We also have a commercial margarita machine that freezes in 15 minutes so your drinks stay frozen.             10. In summer, effectiveness of the Air Conditioner.       Great A/C serviced by Sala Air Condition which has been in business for 45 plus years in the Oak Cliff/Dallas area.  Our A/C is constantly checked, cleaned and tested.
